How we work
Our caseload covers every aspect of criminal law from motoring to murder trials. All of our solicitors are duty solicitors with a wealth of experience of police station work and the particular pressures which arrest and detention can bring.
Our advocates practising in the Magistrates’ Court work towards achieving the best outcome as swiftly as possible by challenging the decision to prosecute, by testing the prosecution evidence, by diligently preparing the defence case and by presenting that case to the court in the most persuasive way.
In cases which are tried in the Crown Court we instruct a Barrister whose expertise and approach suits both the client and the case and with whom we work closely to achieve the most favourable conclusion in each matter.
In the vast majority of cases we are able to secure public funding to cover our clients’ costs irrespective of financial status.
